I AM SO PUMPED! I originally started my YouTube channel as a means of learning how to do video and cinematography. I still have so much to learn, but figured out the basics and felt like my videos no longer had purpose. Now, I AM BACK and with a purpose. Over the next few months I am going to vlog/ make videos about my journey to achieving my goal of getting invited to the Brooks PR Invitational meet at the end of the track season (Seattle). Achieving this will be nowhere near easy and in order to get an invite. I will likely have to run one of the fastest sophomore 2 miles the US has ever seen. My path to achieving this goal lies in my weight training sessions, goal setting methods, nutrition, and food. There are so many elements to running that not everybody understands.
